Taste of Cincinnati!

In all the years I have lived in Cincinnati, I cannot believe I have never been to the Taste of Cincinnati. We went downtown on Saturday night and had a great time - eating, eating, and more eating.

I'm not sure how, but Clayton slept for a good hour while we were strollin' along.

Of course we had to try Fried Dill Pickles! This was the first time I've had them in a spear - before I've had them sliced. I definitely vote for the spear - so good!!

Absolutely LOVED the Montgomery Inn ribs - I had never had those before!

Nothing better than good corn on the cob slathered in butter!

Little Emme - take 2

We did Emme's pictures again - this time she was feeling great! She even looks a little ornery in this first picture!

The cutest 3 year old!

Happy Birthday to my nephew, Camen Englund, who is turning 3 today!!

We were lucky enough to get a few pictures of him on Saturday. Lucky, because he's constantly on the move! :-)

My First Mother's Day

on the way home from church

the happy little man and the happy mother

the pretty flowers from Clayton for Mother's Day

It was just a tad windy on Saturday. :-)
Clayton and I were actually waiting outside the barbershop for Aaron to be done with his haircut. The barber came out to see Clayton and the first thing she said was, "He needs a haircut!" :-) I don't think we'll be able to wait until he's 1.

Clayton scoots all over the place now (but only goes backwards). He got stuck under the table the other day and wimpers or bangs his feet until I come rescue him. :-)

Little Emme

Even though Emme wasn't feeling good, we still managed to get a few pictures. My niece is such a little doll!

Weekend Fun!

We had such a nice time in Indiana this weekend. Photo session on Friday night, a few garage sales and relaxin' on Saturday, and a good service at church on Sunday.

This highchair was used by both Aaron and Cameron (when they were babies, of course!). :-)

Grandma Herring came to visit us - actually to visit Clayton. :-)

Holly Hock Hill - really good food!

Clayton was rocking in his own little chair.

He now scoots all over the place - but only in reverse. Not crawling yet, but seems really, really close.

My bargain - only $2.oo - I love it!
